1. The service

Kapr is a free language-learning app for Kurdish Sorani speakers, published by the Kapr team (support@kurdclass.com). By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the social features of the app.

2. Who may use the social features

Lessons and games are for everyone. The chat, community board, public profiles and invitations are for learners aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not create a profile picture, chat or post.

3. Community rules

Kapr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, or post hate speech;
• post sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content, or content that is illegal where you live;
• share anyone's personal information (phone numbers, addresses, private photos) without consent;
• send spam, advertising, scams or links to harmful sites;
• impersonate another person or the Kapr team;
• use the app to arrange anything unlawful.

Please keep conversations about learning languages. The community boards are public; chat is private between two people who have both agreed to talk.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Every profile, chat, post and comment carries a report option, and you can block any learner at any time. Reports are reviewed by our moderators, usually within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, may suspend or permanently ban the account that posted it, and may report unlawful content to the authorities. Anonymous posts are anonymous to other learners, not to moderators.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You give Kapr permission to show it to other learners inside the app for as long as it stays posted. Deleting your account removes your posts, comments, messages and photo as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Certificates, points and vouchers

The Kapr English Certificate is a statement of the result you achieved in the app's exam; it is not an accredited qualification. Points, streaks, leagues and arena scores have no monetary value. If exam access becomes voucher-based, the voucher terms will be shown before purchase.

7. Advertising and availability

The app shows advertising delivered by Google AdMob. We may change or withdraw features, courses or games at any time. The app is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
